1. No Physical Returns
- All our products are delivered digitally via email/download link.
- Hence, returns are not applicable.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
- If you purchased the same product twice by mistake.
- If you did not receive the product link/access after purchase (and our support team failed to provide it within 48 hours).
- If the product delivered is completely different from what was described on our website.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Claiming non-usage of the product.
- Technical issues on your device (incompatibility, insufficient system requirements, etc.), unless the product itself is faulty.
