2. Restrictions: You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, modify, or make derivative works of any Digital Product beyond the scope of the license.

3. Ownership: All intellectual property rights in Digital Products remain with DigiCrafto or our licensors.

Provision of Digital Services

1. Scope: Details of the scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for Digital Services will be set out in separate service agreements or purchase confirmations.

2. Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide all necessary materials and information in a timely manner. Delays caused by you may affect delivery timelines.

3. Revisions: Revision policies (number of revisions, turnaround time) are described in each service quote.

Pricing and Payment

1. All prices are listed in INR (₹) or as specified at checkout.

2. We accept payment via credit/debit cards, UPI, and other methods displayed at checkout.

3. You agree to pay all fees specified, including any applicable taxes.

4. DigiCrafto reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products: Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of downloads, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the product is downloaded or access is granted.

2. Digital Services: You may cancel or request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no substantial work has commenced. Any work delivered remains your responsibility; refunds will be prorated based on work completed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of DigiCrafto or its content suppliers and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential and not disclose any non-public information or materials of the other party designated as confidential, except as required by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

1. The Services and Digital Products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

2. DigiCrafto disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiCrafto, its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Service or ₹5,000, whichever is lower.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DigiCrafto and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a revised version on the Site with an updated date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
